1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between FF Bazaar ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any person who registers an account or uses the FF Bazaar platform ("you", "the Player"). 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one FF Bazaar account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is a breach of these Terms. FF Bazaar uses device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and IP analysis to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide your real name, a valid phone number, and accurate payment details. FF Bazaar will use this information to verify your identity and process transactions. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

  • Your account credentials are personal and must not be shared with anyone else.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact FF Bazaar support immediately.
  • FF Bazaar will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

FF Bazaar reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued ID or other documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Payments

FF Bazaar accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only supported payment methods. Deposits made through unsupported channels cannot be credited and may not be recoverable.

  • The minimum deposit at FF Bazaar is ৳20.
  • There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts.
  • Deposits are credited to your FF Bazaar wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
  • FF Bazaar does not charge a fee on standard deposits. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Third-Party Deposits

Deposits received from a payment account not registered in the player's name will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.

FF Bazaar reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large or unusual deposits. This is a standard compliance requirement and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at FF Bazaar are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and ensure funds are returned to their verified source.

  • Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes under normal operating conditions.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
  • FF Bazaar does not charge a withdrawal fee. Standard mobile banking charges from your provider may apply.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
  • FF Bazaar may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

In cases where a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing time, players should contact FF Bazaar support. Delays may occur during scheduled maintenance windows or in cases where additional verification is required.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Most withdrawals are completed within 5–15 minutes. During peak periods or system maintenance, processing may take up to 2 hours. If your withdrawal has not arrived after 2 hours, please contact support.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

FF Bazaar may offer bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all FF Bazaar bonuses unless stated otherwise:

  • Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device.
  • Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated in the bonus offer.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All game outcomes at FF Bazaar are determined by a certified random number generation (RNG) system. The RNG cannot be influenced by the platform, by players, or by any external party. Draw logs are maintained and are available for review after each round.

  • Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
  • In the event of a technical error during a game round, FF Bazaar reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players.
  • If a game result is disputed, FF Bazaar's review of the game log is final.
  • Players must not use any software, script, or tool to automate betting or gain an unfair advantage.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the FF Bazaar platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Registering more than one account.
  • Providing false identity or payment information.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors or glitches for financial gain.
  • Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing FF Bazaar staff or other players.
  • Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
  • Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means, including creating duplicate accounts.
Zero Tolerance Policy

FF Bazaar operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, cheating, and abuse. Accounts found in breach of these rules will be closed without notice and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

FF Bazaar reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. Common reasons for suspension include:

  • Suspected identity fraud or use of false information.
  • Detection of a duplicate account.
  • Suspected money laundering or unusual transaction patterns.
  • Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
  • Breach of fair play rules.
  • Abusive behaviour toward staff or other players.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email or in-platform message. You may appeal a suspension by contacting FF Bazaar support. FF Bazaar will review appeals within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

10 Responsible Gaming
